RETURNS

Sorry no returns, exchange only. Please contact us no later than 7 days from receipt of shipment.

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Being brand new in box and unused condition.

Item that has been gamed will not be accepted for exchange or return.

No returns or exchanges on all airsoft guns, bbs, gas, grenades, batteries, chargers, customized, special orders, sale and clearance items.

All goods returned for exchange are at the sender's expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge.

ATTENTION: Please label your return packages as a "PRODUCT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE". 

When items are returned to our location they MUST BE packaged properly. Meaning a generous amount of packing materials to avoid damage during shipping as well as all rifle and pistol boxes must be covered when shipped.

TriggerAirsoft.com is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone. Accepted authorization return will be replaced or credited to your account.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at sales@triggerairsoft.com or call us directly. Please note your order is not canceled until receiving an order cancellation confirmation email from us.

Sorry, you cannot cancel the order if it has already been shipped out.

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for TriggerAirsoft.com to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:

Billing / Payment / Shipping Information

Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect Credit Card number, expiration date or card security value.

Incorrect Billing information. The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.

Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, province, or postal code).

Fraudulent information.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $300 and over (excluding taxes) within Canada!

Most orders will ship same day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Express or Canada Post for rural areas. We are not responsible for any damages or lost caused en route by handling of the packages. Customers incur all freight charges.

 

WARRANTY POLICY ON AIRSOFT GUNS

All items are shipped brand new in box. We strive to ensure that the item is in working condition before shipping to you. If there are any issues after you receive your item, contact us within 48hrs to sales@triggerairsoft.com and we will try our best to solve the problem for you.

All sales are final. No exchange or refund on airsoft guns.

Due to many general misuse, it is difficult for us to cover warranty at this time. Please make sure you read and understand these policies before purchasing from TriggerAirsoft.com

Note: We offer 7 days warranty on airsoft guns for walk-in store policy.

 

DEFECTIVE / SHORTSHIPMENT

Any defective or short shipments must be reported to our head office within 48hrs upon receipt of order.

Please email us at sales@triggerairsoft.com if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a RMA with instruction. If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back.
