COVID-19 Policy


Store hours have changed to Tuesday to Saturday from 1PM to 5PM.

We are still encouraging our customers to shop online or do curbside pick-up during this time. If you choose to come to the store, please have a shopping list in mind as we cannot accommodate browsing due our new COVID-19 policy. We will not be allowing groups (of friends) to come in due to limited capacity.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our team members, customers and community.

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves daily, we focus on actions to create a safe operating environment. Working in line with recommendations from local governments and health authorities, we have implemented enhanced health and safety measures for Curbside pickup.

  • A completely contactless exchange between our team members and customers.
  • Enhanced physical distancing protocol across all operations.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) for our team members.
  • Rigorous sanitation and cleaning of the store and surfaces.


How does the Curbside pickup process work?

  • Customer places an order on the website and selects Curbside Pickup or write us a note during checkout.
  • Customer receives an email or call when their order is ready to pickup. We kindly ask that customers respect the time window they are given.
  • Customer arrives and parks in the assigned space and remains in their vehicle. Please have your trunk opened up and wait patiently in your vehicle. You will then be asked to show ID through your window. A member of our associate will drop off the items in your trunk without any contacts.


For In-Store shopping we will be implementing the following measures:

  • All customers must wear a mask.
  • All customers must use hand sanitizer at the entrance.
  • Our staff will assist you coming in. If the store is full, you will be asked to wait outside until a customer leaves.
  • Maximum of 6 people allowed in store at the same time. 
  • Limited browsing due to new showroom layout. 
  • All customers in store must be 6 feet (2 meters) apart.
  • All products sold will be Final Sale only. No refunds, no exchanges.
  • Our washroom will be closed to the public.
  • Sorry, NO cash transactions. We still accept Debit, Credit, Alipay, Wechat Pay.
  • Do NOT bring your replicas out in the parking lot. All replicas need to be stored properly in a case or bag.


You will NOT be allowed in if:

  • You have COVID/flu-like symptoms: high body temperature (37.5°C), cough, difficulty breathing.
  • You have been sick within the past 28 days.
  • You have recently come back from other countries or provinces within the past 14 days.
  • You have been in close proximity with someone who has come back from other countries or provinces within the past 14 days.
  • You have been in close proximity with someone who has been sick (showing COVID/flu-like symptoms) within the past 28 days.
