    Cerakote Service

CERAKOTE FOR AIRSOFT — PERFORMANCE, PROTECTION, AND CUSTOM STYLE

Different Cerakote series are built for different purposes. For airsoft projects, choosing the right series means getting the right balance of durability, appearance, texture, workflow, and application method.

Pricing: Single color starting at $400.00

    H SERIES (Oven Cure)
The go-to choice for most airsoft exterior parts
H Series is one of the most widely used Cerakote lines because it offers a strong overall balance of durability, corrosion resistance, hardness, adhesion, chemical resistance, flexibility, and wear resistance. It is a very solid option for airsoft builds that get regular handling, transport, and field use. (Cerakote)

    Advantages:

    • Excellent all-around protection for metal exterior parts
    • Strong resistance to wear from regular handling and use
    • Professional-looking finish with a wide range of colors
    • Great for receivers, rails, handguards, outer barrels, and accessories
    • Ideal when customers want both performance and custom appearance

    C SERIES (Air Cure)
The air-cure option for parts that should not go into an oven
C Series is an air-cured, ready-to-spray ceramic coating, which makes it very useful when oven curing is not practical. Cerakote also positions this series for high-temperature applications, but for airsoft, its biggest value is usually the air-cure flexibility. (Cerakote)

    Advantages:

    • No oven cure required
    • Better for heat-sensitive or specialty materials
    • More flexible for mixed-material or complex parts
    • Useful when standard oven-cure workflow is not ideal
    • Still gives a professional Cerakote finish for custom projects

    E SERIES
A premium upgrade for thinner, harder, more wear-resistant finishes
Elite Series is designed as the highest performing think film ceramic coating on the market, unmatched in hardness, abrasion resistance, and lubricity, while also allowing a thinner coating application. That makes it especially attractive for premium custom work and refined builds.

    Advantages:

    • Thinner application for tight tolerance applications
    • Higher wear resistance for hard-use builds
    • Smoother, more refined finish for premium projects
    • Excellent choice for high-end custom replicas
    • Great for customers who want a more advanced coating option than standard H Series

    F SERIES Fast-cure
    PFAS-free, production-friendly performance coating
F Series is Cerakote’s PFAS-free, thin-film, oven-cure coating built for high-volume production and manufacturing. Cerakote says it offers fast curing, including 15 minutes at 250°F, or as low as 180°F for 1 hour, while still delivering strong performance characteristics. (Cerakote)

    Advantages:

    • PFAS-free coating option
    • Fast cure time helps reduce workflow bottlenecks
    • Lower-temp cure option can be useful for certain jobs
    • Production-friendly and efficient for repeat work
    • Strong overall durability and protection for modern coating workflows

    SUPER GRIP (air cure)
Textured grip coating for better handling and control
Super Grip is an ultra-durable coating designed to add grip and texture to nearly any surface. Cerakote offers both an air-cure version (SG-100) and an oven-cure version (SG-200). It can be used as a standalone textured coating or combined with other Cerakote products to create custom textured finishes. Cerakote also notes that the final texture depends on the application technique. (Cerakote)

    Advantages:

    • Adds grip and texture for better handling
    • Great for grips, hand stops, panels, and contact surfaces
    • Can be used by itself or with other Cerakote finishes
    • Gives builds a more functional, aggressive feel
    • Excellent for customers who want both style and control
