Here’s how it works:

Place your order on our website and add a note at checkout (e.g., “Pick up at Trigger Social House (Panther) on November 1st”).

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Bring your confirmation email and a government issued photo ID when collecting your order.

Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM the day before.
Pick up Saturday → Order by Friday 4:00 PM
Pick up Sunday → Order by Saturday 4:00 PM

Consignment Program

Our consignment program is a great opportunity for players looking to downsize their collection or for buyers searching for unique finds and great deals from the airsoft community.

All items must be brought in for an in person assessment. Our team will inspect, test, and evaluate each item to determine its eligibility and appraised value.

Each submission is reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, we generally accept items that meet the following criteria:

Accepted Items & Conditions

• Items must be fully functional (an initial function test will be performed).
• Original packaging is preferred, but not required if the item is in good condition.
• Accessories may be bundled together with guns as a package.
• Items should be in good cosmetic condition.

Items We Do Not Accept

• Broken, non-functional, or heavily worn/damaged guns.
• Optics sold by themselves.
• Fully custom-built guns (due to appraisal and long-term reliability concerns).
• Tactical gear sold by itself.
• Low-quality or clear-body airsoft guns.
• Items with limited resale value.

Once accepted, your item will be listed through our Canada-wide customer network, and our team will handle the sales process on your behalf.

All consignment items are independently inspected and function-tested by our technicians before being listed for sale.

Our consignment section is a great place to discover unique airsoft guns, discontinued models, and excellent deals from fellow members of the airsoft community.

We ship to all addresses in Canada.

Please note we are unable to ship to student dormitory addresses.

Shipping is flat rate. Free shipping for orders over $200 pre-tax.

Mailman will leave a delivery notice card if you are not home during attempted delivery.

While we aim to offer flat rate and free shipping options to our customers, there may be instances where actual costs differ from expectations. If additional shipping charges are required, we will reach out to the customer to coordinate payment or explore alternative solutions, if feasible.

Please be aware that remote areas may incur a far distance fee. Postal codes beginning with the following prefixes may only be serviced by air: A0K, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0V, R0B, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B.

If your area falls under this category, additional shipping charges will apply, and free shipping offers will not be applicable. We will contact you via the email address or phone number provided regarding the shipping costs for your order.

Yes! Our address is 13500 Maycrest Way, Unit 155. Come visit us during our store hours. Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-6pm. We're closed on all statutory holidays.

Absolutely not. We have paid all the duties and taxes. You save the hassle by purchasing from us!

You can find your order number in the confirmation e-mail sent after each order or you can check your order history in your Trigger Airsoft account.

You will receive an email of the tracking number once it's been shipped. Usually between 4pm-6pm PST on weekdays. We do not ship on weekends.

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer (EMT), Visa Debit and Affirm.

Sorry we do not take Prepaid Credit Cards. 

We do NOT store your credit card information on our site. Credit card information is processed through SSL for security.

Most orders will ship same day - before cut off time. Please note that this is for orders received on business days. If you place an order on Friday night, Sat/Sun or Statutory Holiday, then the order will not be processed until the following business day.

For orders paid through Affirm, it takes 2 business days for the payment to clear before we can ship your order.

If you’re located in BC or AB, shipping usually takes within 1-4 business days in major cities. If you’re on the middle or eastern side, shipping takes about 3-10 business days.

We are closed on statutory holidays. Please refer to Google for our most up-to-date business hours.

Basically when the post office is closed, we are unable to ship our products out. You can send us orders and these will be processed on the first business day following the holiday in the order in which they were received.

You can sign up for back-in stock notification or e-mail us to confirm item availability. Most often out of stock items are only temporarily unavailable.

Special orders require prepaid in full. No refunds or exchange. Warranty is not covered for special order items. No exceptions. 

No. Batteries and chargers are sold separately and can be purchased on our website.

Please only use good BB manufacturers, for instance BLS. They're made with purely organic ingredients. These are the best high-performance biodegradable BBs out on the market! 

Any BBs purchased at sporting goods store should not be used on the airsoft gun sold from Trigger Airsoft. Using high quality BBs is crucial to the health of your gun, don't risk hundreds of dollars in repairs over a twenty dollar bag of BBs.

Orange tip and trademark removal is a regulation in effect in the USA. None of our airsoft guns have orange tips, or trademark removed, unless otherwise stated.
