RETURNS
Exchange or store credit only. Sorry no refunds. Please contact us no later than 30 days from receipt of shipment.
All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Being brand new in box and unused condition. Returns without the original packaging will either be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Item that has been gamed or installed will not be accepted for exchange or return. Factory sealed items will be FINAL SALE.
Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty. Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product.
No returns or exchanges on battery chargers, motors, MOSFETs, springs, hop ups, gearbox, night vision devices, factory sealed items, customized, special orders, consignments and clearance items.
All goods returned for exchange are at the sender's expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge.
ATTENTION: Please label your return packages as a "PRODUCT RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE".
When items are returned to our location they MUST BE packaged properly. Meaning a generous amount of packing materials to avoid damage during shipping as well as all rifle and pistol boxes must be covered when shipped.
Trigger Airsoft is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone. Accepted authorization return will be replaced or credited to your account.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at sales@triggerairsoft.com or call us directly.
A 5% cancellation fee will apply if you choose to cancel the order. Please note your order is not canceled until receiving an order cancellation confirmation email from us.
Sorry, you cannot cancel the order if it has already been shipped out.
Returned orders that are refused or unclaimed will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Although it is rare that it would be necessary for us to cancel an order, we reserve the right to deny any orders from a customer where the following situations arise:
Billing / Payment / Shipping Information
If you placed a store pickup order and do not pick it up within 30 days, your order will be cancelled, and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. However, a 5% merchant processing fee will be charged + 15% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but are not limited to:
Incorrect Credit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
Incorrect Billing information. The billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record.
Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, province, or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
WARRANTY POLICY ON AIRSOFT GUNS
All items are shipped brand new in box. We strive to ensure that the item is in working condition before shipping to you. If there are any issues after you receive your item, contact us within 48hrs to sales@triggerairsoft.com and we will try our best to solve the problem for you.
All airsoft guns come with 30 days limited warranty. Warranty covers gearbox and labor cost. Parts being replaced will be additional charge. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty. Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product.
Any gas blow back rifles/pistols that are broken due to using propane, we will not cover the warranty.

DEFECTIVE / SHORTSHIPMENT
Any defective or short shipments must be reported to our head office within 48hrs upon receipt of order.
Please email us at sales@triggerairsoft.com if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a RMA with instruction. If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back.
