Most orders will ship same day (cut-off time is 3pm PST). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends on stat holidays.
For orders paid through Affirm, it takes 2 business days for the payment to clear before we can ship your order.

Mailman will leave a delivery notice card if you are not home during attempted delivery.
Default shipping method is Canada Post / UPS. We are not responsible for any damages or lost caused en route by handling of the packages. Customers incur all freight charges.
Some rural areas and addresses with a PO Box will be shipped via Canada Post only.
