A pre-order item is an upcoming new product. By placing a pre-order, you reserve inventory in advance and secure your item prior to its arrival. Pre-orders can be refunded at any time during the waiting period, subject to a 5% fee. To request a refund, simply email us with your order number and the pre-order item you wish to cancel.
Please note that estimated arrival times (ETAs) are provided to the best of our ability but may change due to factors beyond our control, such as CBSA processing, customs inspections, or factory delays.
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item arrives. Should you wish to have in-stock items shipped first, please email us with your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
