Pre-orders can be refunded at any time during the waiting period, subject to a 5% fee. To request a refund, simply email us with your order number and the pre-order item you wish to cancel.
Please note that estimated arrival times (ETAs) are provided to the best of our ability but may change due to factors beyond our control, such as CBSA processing, customs inspections, or factory delays.
